System Support Engineer (2 NOS)

 

Qualifications / Skills Required

  • Provide IT helpdesk, Infrastructure and application support to user (Internal/External)
  • Formulate and maintain IT operational reports procedures and policies
  • Manage documentation on IT assets, software license and Intellectual properties
  • Monitor and ensure all IT systems are being up and running and maintained
  • Resolve service impacting technical issues in a timely manner adhering to incident management process
  • Good understanding of Databases quires (Sql, MySql)
  • Minimum of one-year experiences is required
  • Should be able to communicate well and manage meetings with customers
